- Courier Fleet: We share your name, phone number, and physical address with The Courier Guy or Pudo to ensure accurate door-to-door or locker delivery.
How We Share Your Personal Information for Shipping & Logistics
To fulfil your physical orders, we share necessary personal data (your name, delivery address, phone number, and email address) with our trusted third-party courier infrastructure networks, specifically The Courier Guy and Pudo.
- For Main Center orders, your data is used to facilitate door-to-door delivery.
- For Regional/Outlying orders qualifying for free shipping, your data is shared to book and route your package to your designated Pudo Locker.
These third-party operators are strictly bound by POPIA compliance contracts and are forbidden from using your personal contact details for any purpose other than executing the specific delivery of your UrSheBear order.
