⏰ Processing & Delivery Timelines
- Digital Orders (PDF Guides & Card Readings): Delivered directly to your email inbox within 24 to 48 hours of payment confirmation.
- Physical Orders (Tarot Decks & Tools): Packed and dispatched from our smallholding within 1 to 2 business days (24–48 hours) of your payment clearing.
- Transit Time: 2 to 5 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.
📦 Shipping & Delivery Service Methods
- Standard Locker Delivery (Pudo): Packages are deposited into a Pudo locker. You will receive an SMS containing a unique PIN code once your parcel lands at your chosen destination locker. Please collect your parcel within 36 hours of notification to prevent it from being returned to the warehouse.
- Premium Direct Express (The Courier Guy): Handled via door-to-door courier service. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday during standard business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM). Please ensure someone is available at your specified delivery address to sign for the package.
💳 Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Threshold
We offer Free Shipping on all physical orders over R850.00. For orders under R850.00, standard carrier flat rates apply at checkout.
To protect our small business from unpredictable courier surcharges, free shipping is automatically split into two structural zones based on your destination:
1. Main Centers (Major Cities)
- Orders over R850.00: FREE Door-to-Door Delivery via The Courier Guy.
- Orders under R850.00: Standard flat-rate door delivery applied at checkout.
- Main centers include major metropolitan areas within Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Bloemfontein, Port Elizabeth, and East London.
2. Regional & Outlying Areas (Small Towns, Townships, Farms)
- Orders over R850.00: FREE Pudo Locker-to-Locker Delivery. **Or choose to upgrade to Premium Regional Door delivery rates.
- Orders under R850.00: Standard Pudo locker or premium regional door delivery rates apply.
- ⚠️ Strict Policy Note: Due to high regional surcharges imposed by national couriers, all free shipping requests to outlying areas are strictly restricted to Pudo Locker-to-Locker collection. **Or choose to upgrade to Premium Regional Door delivery rates. If you qualify for free shipping in an outlying zone, please ensure you specify your preferred Pudo Locker address in the order notes at checkout. If a locker is not specified, we will default to the locker closest to your physical shipping address.
📍 Order Tracking
Once your package is booked with the courier, a tracking number and a direct tracking link will be emailed to you so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
